Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations

The ASCM North Texas Cancellation/Refund Policy differs according to the event type. Please read the cancellation and refund policy below according to the type of event you are attending.

Professional Development Events (evening)

Cancellations are allowed up to two (2) days before the event starts.

No Cancellations or Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the event start and you will forfeit any payment(s) made.

Education Classes, Seminars and Other Programs

Cancellations along with full refunds are allowed no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before the event starts. Due to the combined discounts associated with bundle offer and exam credits, the Prep and Exam Bundle, or any of its components cannot be returned, refunded or transferred.

Processing a Cancellation/Refund

Any time before the event starts, you may cancel your reservation through the website. From the Events page, click on the sign-up link for the event and from the Reservation dropdown select "Cancel". Your cancellation is immediate. Please note, THIS ACTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A REFUND. If you paid for your reservation by credit card, be sure to Contact Us for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing; email preferred.
